The Retell 175 Telephone/Answerphone with built-in CD writer records and writes two-way phone calls including conference calls to CD for later transcription. Messages can be up to 60 minutes long, unlike most digital answering machines which hang up after a few minutes. Add a microphone and it records meetings.

- Answering machine with one user programmable out going message (OGM)
- OGM can be up to 4 hours long
- Incoming message can be up to 60 minutes long
- Address book with over 500 names and numbers
- Handset, hands free operation or optional headset operation
- All calls are stored with details of CLI (if you have this feature enabled on your telephone line), date, time and duration of call
- Calls can be tagged with up to 16 characters at any time after recording to help with searches
- CDs can be played back through the telephone speaker or on a PC (using supplied Quick CD Access software)
- Quick CD Access Software (included) allows you to search for recordings on the CD on your PC
- Calls can be attached to emails from the CDs created (may depend on CODEC)
- RS232 port (PS2 style) so that calls can be dialed from a PC
- We recommend the use of 700Mb CD-Rs with this unit
- Plug and play 2 minute set up. No installation needed, works on ordinary BT or cable telephone lines in the UK, or analogue extensions off most PBXs
