If you call and are re-directed to our answerphone it means we are otherwise engaged but please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible. However, in this case, you may get a reply more quickly if you email us.
- Shipping & Delivery

(a) We strive to ship your orders as soon as possible after receipt of your order, for delivery on the next working day where possible, subject to the limitations of postal service, carrier pick-up times, the weather, stock availability, etc.
(b) We strive to deliver your orders complete but reserve the right to part ship orders from different locations as necessary in an effort to fulfil our commitment under part (a) above. We will attempt to inform you of part shipment beforehand but cannot always guarantee to do so.
(c) The method of despatch of goods shall be at our discretion but if you have a preference then please contact us at the ordering stage and we will attempt to meet any special requirements.

- Returns & Replacements

(a) If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please get in touch and we will attempt to resolve any issues.
(b) We offer you unlimited telephone support for any products we supply. If we are able to help we may redirect you to the manufacturer or his agent.
(c) If you are still unhappy with your goods, they may be returned but please pack them carefully and return them to us within 14 days of receipt in “as new” condition using a trackable postal or carrier service. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion according to our terms and conditions of sale listed elsewhere on this website.
(d) If you feel we have delivered the wrong goods please contact us and we will attempt to rectify the matter as soon as possible at our expense.

You can order goods from us either:

(b)by telephone quoting your credit card details;
(c)by mail enclosing a cheque/postal order payment;
If you have a credit account then goods may also be ordered either:(d)by faxing in a purchase order on headed paper;
(e)by mail on headed paper
(f)by email at our discretion
NB Please do not fax or email your credit card details as these are not secure.We reserve the right to validate all orders and customer details before supplying any goods. We reserve the right to refuse to supply at our discretion. In the event of our refusing to supply we will inform you of our decision at our earliest opportunity.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Our prices can go up and down. The price of the goods which is advertised on our website, known as the “current price”, at the time when the order is made will apply. If the current price is substantially higher than that specified in a purchase order or mailed order then we will contact you for instruction before processing your order. If the current price is lower than that specified in a purchase order or mailed order then the current price shall be applied.
- Viewing Orders
- If you register on our website when placing an order you will be able to see the progress of a current order in the “My Account” area, as well as a full history of any earlier orders you have made.
- Updating Account Information
- If you register on our website when placing an order you will be able to update your account information at any time, including the addition of new delivery and invoicing addresses.
